To Install TransactionX
The Install buttons below allows you to either save the installation file for installation at a later time or install immediately. Depending on your browser select 'Open" or 'Run' to install or select 'Save' to save the installation to a location of your choice. If your browser has a downloader window or folder you will have to run or open the downloaded 'setup,exe' to proceed with the installation.
To check the Windows Operating System (OS) type you are installing to
Right-click on My Computer and select Properties. For Windows 7 and Windows Vista, in the System section find, i.e. "System type: 32-bit Operating System". On Windows XP if the system does not state specifically "64-bit" then it is a Windows 32-bit OS. You can install x86 32-bit installations on a Windows 64-bit OS, but not the other way around.
IMPORTANT: For Vista and Windows 7 installations.
The 1stTransaction folder in Program Files needs to have the read/write permissions set to Users after the installation is complete. This is due to the implimented UAC (User Access Control) in the new Windows operating systems.

To Uninstall TransactionX
TransactionX is well-behaved. Removing TransactionX from your system is a simple 2 step process of uninstalling the application and manually deleting the application's folder.
To uninstall TransactionX, go to the Add or Remove Programs from the Control Panel,
Click the Remove button to uninstall,
After the Uninstall has completed, delete the 1stTransaction folder from the Program Files folder.
NOTE: For Vista and Windows 7 installations with Virtual Store enabled: the 1stTransaction folder will be in the [USERNAME]/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Program Files/ folder.
Removal is complete.
